How does your service work?
You register at our site www.aircraftFuel.com
and provide us with your fuel discount program login information (user id,
password, etc). When you want to check fuel prices, you enter the three or four
letter code of the destination airport and we retrieve the fuel pricing
information from ALL of the fuel providers to which you currently subscribe.
This single source entry saves you time, you no longer have to go search each
individual fuel provider’s website for current fuel pricing.

Who can use the aircraftFuel.com service?
Private pilots, flight planning departments, or anyone else who has access to
the current discount fuel providers programs / websites.

How do I change my discount fuel program
information?
Once you have logged in, select “Customer Tools” located under the login
screen. Click on "Change/Update Current Discount Fuel Program Information” and
make the necessary changes or additions.

How much can I save?
Our query will display all the prices for the fuel discount programs to which
you subscribe. The prices will be listed, so you will be able to compare prices
at each of your fuel stops and make the choice that best meets your needs.

Do you sell fuel?
No, we aren’t an FBO. We provide pricing information only.

Which areas of the globe do you service?
Currently, we support North America. In future releases we will service more
areas. We will notify all of our customers when new areas are added to our
service.

Which providers can I access through your service?
Currently, we support 9 providers; Air BP, AVCard, AVFuel, Best AeroNet,
BaseOps, CAA, Chevron/Texaco ,Colt International, Jet Fleet In't, Mercury Fuel,
MultiService, Phoenix, World Aviation Services, Universal Weather and Aviation,
Inc., Western Petroleum.

Do you provide flight plan/ fuel stop planning?
At this time, we aren’t providing flight route fuel planning. This feature will
be available in our next release.

Do you support Avgas/Piston engines?
No, we only provide services for planes using Jet-A fuel.

Is my credit card information secure?
Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This means that you can
safely enter your entire credit card number into our secure server. All
information entered on our website is encrypted to ensure that your personal
information is safe.

How is the billing information displayed on my
credit card billing statement?
On your billing statement you will find the company name listed as
Aircraftfuel.com LLC or aircraftfl with your charge.

support@aircraftFuel.com. Response time during business hours is
one-three hours. Our current business hours are 8am to 6pm PT. You may also
click on the “Contact Us” link located on the top and bottom of our website,

How do I recover my lost or forgotten password?
You simply click on the “Forgot Password” link and are prompted to input your
email address. A password will be immediately emailed to you.

We currently accept the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, JCB and Diners.

What do I do if my credit card is not working?
We currently accept the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, JCB and Diners. Below are common reasons why your credit card
transaction may be declined:

The address you typed in does not match the billing address of your credit
card. Make sure that the address you provided is your billing address on file
with the credit card company.

Invalid information was submitted. Check to see if all information you are
entering is correct, including your credit card number, expiration date and CVV
code (located on back of card). Please make sure that you are entering a form
of payment that we currently accept (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American
Express, JCB and Discover).

The credit card you entered shows excessive usage. Even if you have credit left
on your card you may receive this message if you have used it for several
Internet transactions on the same day. Try again later. This response is
initiated by your credit card issuing bank.

Any credit card that shows a previous history of excessive charge backs will
not be accepted. Your card may be blocked by many Internet sites due to a
history of chargeback’s and refund requests.
